Lessons
Want to get faster.. faster? Need to tighten technique? Lessons are a great option. In lessons I do a lot of personalized video feedback - both above and underwater. I do several lesson formats:
Stroke & Turn Workshops in Shallows (45m)
Dive Workshops in Deeps (60m)
Dryland Swim Clinics: 30m Dryland, 60m Swim. (aka Camp)
I'm also planning a STEM iFLY Swim Camp this summer! It will be a week of iFlying, Swimming, and Fluid Dynamics STEM. I'll send more details and signup info out to the Mailing List when I can, so signup and watch out for it!

Hi Swim Families,
March and some of April's schedule is posted. With Juanita closed for the summer, lesson pools are getting more... interesting! I'm now running lessons at Mary Wayte on Mercer Island, and Sammamish YMCA in addition to Redmond Pool. Hope you can make it out!
In other news, it is NCAA Women's Swimming Champs Week at KCAC in Federal Way. The action starts this Wednesday evening, (March 19) with Olympians swimming in the fastest relays ever - likely breaking records. They have been aimed at this meet for 4 years, and they'll leave it ALL in the water. For many, this will be the last meet of their Collegiate career. I hope you find a way to watch - it will be electrifying!
See you there

OnForm - video analysis and coaching
I use a lot of video feedback. It can do in 5 minutes, what otherwise takes hours! OnForm makes it easy to share videos, view them in detail, and even chat about them. It’s great for helping swimmers understand, review and remember skills we work on in lessons - warm and dry, at home, at your leisure. After all, if it's not reviewed, it's not remembered!
